Having many years in human resources, I took some time to reflect on areas where I can add value.  Employee relations has been my sweet-spot, with DEI and well-being being my passion.  What you may find most interesting is how these three areas are interrelated; especially when we seek overall employee engagement and satisfaction.  It is this connection that is the foundation for the work at IntHRsect.
