With a passion for developing and implementing innovative HR strategies that support business results, Ginny has a track record of success in leading HR teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments. As a seasoned Human Resources executive, Ginny brings over 35 years of experience to the table

Ginny began her career in HR after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree in Business. She quickly rose through the ranks, holding various HR roles at both large corporations and small startups. Later in her career, she continued her own development and education and obtained an MBA and MS in Law.

Through her experiences, Ginny has developed a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with managing a diverse workforce. In her most recent role as Sr. Vice President of Human Resources, she led all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and talent development. She also created and implemented diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives – her passion project.

Ginny spent nearly two years studying wellness through nutrition, meditation and coaching knowing that employee well-being has a correlation to productivity and retention.
